Easy, quick and I love it.

This is my first time having an opportunity to work with GOGO Meds. I spoke with Ashley about my new medication my primary doctor ordered for me and Ashley was so kind walked me through the entire process and explained everything in details. Have only been using for one week, so far lost 1/2 pound. If you drink a lot of water it does seem to help you feel fuller for longer time. I don't feel any difference in eating however, I plan my meals and does seem to help with wanting to more than you should. Need to see what happens at the end of the month.

My first order did not go well. My doctor placed the order and I was contacted immediately by email so I went online and gave them my credit card information and finished the order. Their website stated my medicine will arrive in 2 days so I used my address for delivery. Once I completed my order on a Saturday I received a message that my medicine would not be received until 9 days later and I had a long trip planned so I immediately called them and left a detailed message that if my medicine would not be delivered on Tuesday that I needed to change the address for delivery, 1) Person called me back and left a message but it was apparent he did not listen to my detailed message or he just would have said no problem the 9 days message was just a automated computer response and you will have your medicine on Tuesday. 2) I called back Monday and I was told that my medicine did ship out and will arrive at my Florida address on Tuesday so I was happy. 3) I checked the tracking number Tuesday at UPS and it stated only that the label was printed and my medicine was not shipped out Monday, 4) I called back Tuesday morning and I was told my order in fact did not ship so I gave them the Tennessee address that I will be staying and the lady 100% assured me that she would personally make sure my medicine would ship out Tuesday to Tennessee, 5) I checked UPS tracking Wednesday morning and it stated my package was out for delivery in Florida. So of course I called GoGoMeds back and they told me it was shipped to Tennessee. I told them what UPS was showing so they put me on hold and came back and told me yes UPS was correct and it was coming to Florida. 6) I stayed in Florida to get the medicine and delayed my trip 2 days to Thursday morning. Part of the reason for staying was system defaulted to me having to sign for my medicine or it would be returned to the company and all GoGo Meds representatives told me I would have to sign for the medicine but of course UPS just left the medicine on my doorstep with no signature required by anyone. If the medicine works I will just make sure I have no trips planned for the next 11 days when I order from them again.
