Prescription came very quickly

I have yet to understand how the web site works- very complex getting information-

I was very surprised when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and was told I could not get it there but had to go back to my doctor and have them order through GoGoMeds. I didn't understand this and still don't. I was planning to start the regimen right away and now had to wait so I was not happy. I much prefer being able to pick up my prescription instead of having to do by mail.

I was very happy at first. I normally shop all medications through my local pharmacies, However my first shipment was sent to wrong address & to make matters worse, when I called, The Customer Service Representative was rude, annoyed ,and extremely disrespectful. Kindness and compassion is essential .They eventually fixed the situation, But ,I didn’t feel I was valued as a new customer. Moving forward, Im going to my remain loyal ,to my local pharmacy.Sometimes, you just have to stick to what you know!
