Great customer service with emails updating me on order status, quick shipping, and packaging.

I received a refill I did not order or want with no warning. They took $249 from my HSA account and all I got was an email the same day telling me it happened. I called and they said they don't do refunds or returns- basically "tough luck". They wouldn't even allow me to talk to a manger. It seems that hidden somewhere in the terms and conditions is the auto renewal language. This is dishonest business practice and my doctor will be told along with my bank dispute and a report to the AARP scam hotline.

I took it before lunch and dinner one day. Became very sick in the stomach. Haven't used since.

I dont understand why there are so many steps to get an automatic refill.

I had so many questions about the medication prescribed to me and they always answered in a timely manner, just excellent service.

Always get my medicine when I need it

The process is very straight forward and quite easy. My doctor wrote the prescription and sent it to GoGoMeds for me, I was contacted and then it was smooth sailing from there.

Every time I call i get prompt service couldn't be better it's so nice to have them at our side.
