I only had one issue. My Dr. changed one of my medicines but the old one were still to be shipped. I've called to have that med remove and that my Dr. will submit a new prescription for the new med later. Well, the rep did put a flag for the med not to be shipped but somehow it shipped.

This service is supposed to refill meds BEFORE the patient runs completely out! I have run out of meds, Levemir insulin, Gabapentin, Amitriptylin, Metformin. This is not good.
