I have gotten meds from here several times. Each time it seems like there is a little glitch. Either the Rx isn't in my list, or the refills are out, or it gets shipped to early, and there are damaged pills. That being said, email response with problems is pretty prompt. And mail delivery of a larger supply of meds is very handy.

I like the product. I'm starting my 3rd month. I've lost around 10 pounds but seem to have stalled. My biggest issue is that I need a prescription for the product but health insurance is not accepted. The out of pocket expense isn't too bad but I wouldn't mind it being less.

Prescription sent over from my physician. I received a call one week later that it would cost $50. I paid the $50 and had still not received the meds after a second week went by. I had to call and inquire on where the prescription was. I finally received the prescription 2.5 weeks after it was sent in.

On trying to renew a 90 day supply of a prescription the product was switched to a blister pack that cost nearly 94 dollars instead of 19.99. Second time that has happened.
