The ordering process was frustrating
The ordering process was frustrating. I had to enter my debit card information 4 times. I had to enter my prescriptor twice and the choice to have GoGo Meds contact him twice. This is despite the fact that the doctor said THEY had sent a message to GoGoMeds with my prescription info already. The web site and the ordering process looks simple (big lettering, not very much text on a page), but it didn't work like it's supposed to. When my debit card wasn't accepted, there was no reason given, nor any indication what I should do about it. In addition, there was no indication of how long the process will take. Even the confirmation email was confusing. I had chosen "GoGo Meds will reach out to my doctor"; the confirmation email says "My Doctor will call, fax, or send an e-prescription". Again, not only did my doctor already say he had sent it, but but how would I know if my doctor will call, fax, or send an e-prescription if the site didn't confirm that GoGoMeds will reach out to him? I gave you my number to text me; I hope that the updates will clear some of this up. Although, since you didn't give me the number that you will text from, how will I know if a text I get about this is actually from GoGoMeds? I do get spam texts, pretty much daily. I do appreciate what GoGoMeds is doing...Walgreens told me this prescription would cost me $3,000...Big Pharma obviously takes no sort of Hippocratic oath. If I actually get this bottle of pills in the mail (free shipping, even), I will be very pleased.

Dear Lynn, We will take your advice on the ordering process. Now that you’ve been through the process hopefully it’s easier in the future. We are happy to save you hundreds of dollars. Thanks Ron RPh
