Calling to renew a prescription was a pain. I waited 25 minutes for an agent and was dumped to voicemail. No one called me back. I called again the next day, waited 10 minutes and then left a voicemail. The agent called me back, but it wasn’t convenient for me to talk in a public place. I tried to renew via the website and nothing appeared under existing rx. I called again the next day, left a message right away and got a call back after an hour. I was then able to renew. Very painful working through your process.

Great service

Have been ordering from them for over two years, I have always received great service, had all my questions answered by very friendly and knowledgeable customer representatives. Their EpiCream was prescribed by my dermatologist! Very reasonably priced and effective.

Excellent medication provider. Rock-bottom prices, great customer service, agile delivery. Prescriptions they way it should be.

Easy and its delivered

I have been super happy with all of the automated services, and receiving my meds. The only reason for 3 stars is that this last week I tried contacting gogo directly and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes or so, I was forced to leave a message. I have yet to receive a return call from that message and this is very disappointing. The answer from Ron RPh is not a valid one, as I never received a single call from my original voice-mail I left. There was no phone tag from that original call. The first call I ever received was only in regards to this review. Gonna drop it one more star for a bad response here. There should really be better internal communication over there.
