My medication order was marked as complete and my credit card was charged since February 4th. My prescription medication still had not shipped on February 8th, so I called. The man I spoke with assured me it would ship on February 9th. He apologized and said he had no idea why it had been delayed! It’s now February 10th and it has still not shipped. This is not acceptable for medicines or proper pharmacy procedure. I want my prescription and I will not be using your service again. I would certainly not recommend GoGo Meds to anyone because the medications take forever to “GoGo” anywhere.

I get several different medicines from GoGoMeds. They have decent pricing, and can find medicines that some pharmacies have stopped carrying. Always professional and courteous and the meds arrive on time. Thank you GoGoMeds.

My Dr. sent a prescription there but I can't access it unless I sign up. But the site is broken and address fields are missing, so I am stuck without meds. No one answers phone. Update: Moving from 1 star to 2 stars. Never did get anyone to return call or pick up the phone. But a couple days after my post, I was able to sign in without the missing fields error. It has been almost two weeks and the meds just shipped today! I would not count on this company for time-critical meds.

Worst pharmacy ever!! They ran 2 Rx's through my insurance in December but never mailed them to me. I have called several times and all they say is that it is too soon to refill. They won't research and see that I never received the December refill. I have emailed then several times too and I get nowhere. The people that answer the phone just tell me they will have a tech research it and then they call me back to say it is too early. I am not allowed to talk to a tech or anyone above the poor kid answering the phone. Needless to say I am out of my meds and I can't get them refilled until March thanks to this. They won't listen to me and won't research to fix the issue. I feel as if nobody there cares about the customer at all.
