The service is very poor
The service is very poor. I never get my meds on time and I always have to contact Go Go meds to make sure they are getting my packages shipped. My impression is that the constant delay in service is intentionally done to avoid having to supply the medicine.

Dear Daniel, The delays are caused for two reasons - 1). We are waiting on the prescription from the doctor or 2). In the last 90 days USPS has been slower than usual they say because of the holidays and Covid. The customer service Dept will follow up. Sorry for your delay. Thanks Ron RPh

Unsure as of yet!
My doctor placed the order for my meds on January 4th. I have yet to receive any confirmation the order has even shipped. Ran out of meds this week and had to have a bridge placed and picked up at Walgreens. We will have to see how it goes from here. So far, not impressed!

Good follow up
Nice people, slow service. Nice price but little communication regarding delayed order. Free expedited delivery offered then as a courtesy and that took 6 days more. They were good about getting back to me and giving me coupon toward future purchase.

Dear Stephen, We saw slower delivery times in the last 60 days from USPS than at any other time in the last 6 years. They tell us it was COVID, especially during the month of December. Thanks Ron RPh
