The time between ordering a drug and actual delivery is very long. My doctors office has sent over a prescription 3 times but still not processed, I had asked GOGOMEDS to call doctors office but still not processed. I have had other drugs sent it from this doctor with no issues so I know they know where to send it. I had to give up trying and got the script filled somewhere else because I was out of this drug. I tried for 2 weeks but no luck.

Dear John, Our customer service team will follow up. The slowest part of the process is obtaining the prescription. Once we have that we are ready to go of course. Sorry for the the delay. Thanks Ron RPh

To whom it may concern, I am terribly disappointed in the service or lack thereof. you have had my order since 2-2-2021 and i have just been notified that i will be receiving it via usps on 2-16. That is 2 full weeks and I have already run out of the 3 meds that are in that order. i have been patient with the service but enough is enough. this is utterly unacceptable and then to make things worse you send them via usps. please consider other means of shipping as our post office is notorious for late shipments i will once again be forced to consider changing my prescriptions back to my local pharmacy thanks to your stellar service Regards, Mel E Montagne

Dear Mel, The USPS tell us they are still slower than usual due to Covid. Of course USPS shipping is free, but we offer UPS and FedEX priority or next day air also. Thanks Ron RPh
