The website would allow me to use my FSA card, and then it showed my order as placed but declined, so I had to follow up with customer service to ensure it was processed in another way. The site was easy to navigate, and customer service did help me sort it out, but it was confusing to get to that point.

Delivery ETA is not provided so I have no idea when I'll get my order. Shipping seems to be on expensive side and it's not even fast shipping. Status just says awaiting fulfillment.

Just got my goggles, the correction is perfect and I can't wait for our upcoming trip to Turks & Caicos. Having had Radial K eye surgery back in the 1980's I can't use contacts or have additional surgical correction. With age I am getting far-sighted and diving has turned into a blurry world. Nice googles, ahead of schedule and perfect correction, excellent work!
