Goggles Came as Promised
The goggles prescription appears to be accurate and the goggles were sent out within the timeline of when they said that they would be sent out.

It’s now been 3 weeks and i still do…
It’s now been 3 weeks and i still do not have my lenses or any emails. I can’t even find a place to send a message

We are very shocked and disappointed by your feedback as you have selected anti-fog coated lenses, which take around 10-15 business day to produce and ship as stated at the time of order. Very responsive on email. Alex was Super helpful! I ordered from Malaysia and he helped me on how to choose the right type for my son who is using a very high powered glasses. The delivery was on time and the product is perfect. My son is loving his goggles so much that he wants to swim everyday!! Thank you so much!

They sent wrong prescription and frame
They sent wrong prescription and frame. Told that they are reviewing case. LIED. Never fix issue but put in review it was going to fix issue. I would at least get back my money. It I could give them a zero, I would. No costumer service.
