Communication was great and the quality came out to be very good

This is my 3rd pair of inserts for ski goggles. I purchased new goggles and tried the smaller of my current inserts but it popped right out and seemed like too tight a fit. I ordered a new insert in their smallest size. I purchased a new brand of goggles so they were not on the drop down list and I wrote it in. Within 2 hours, I received an email from the optician telling me that ones I had ordered would be too small. They had researched the goggle and recommended a different size insert. The next morning I received a phone call regarding the same issue. This was top notch customer service. I keep buying the inserts because they work so well and my vision is nice and clear. But, due to the excellent customer service, I will absolutely stick with goggles n more!

The product is great and the ordering was great. I would recommend more communication on delivery. I didn't know when it was shipped. Maybe add a step that you provide a tracking code to the buyer once the shipping code is created.

The lenses were my prescription and fit the goggles, just as I had hoped. Next time I will get an anti-fogging treatment, and get either progressive lenses or just distance--not bifocals.

I ordered goggle inserts nearly a month ago. I have not received the product to date. I followed up with the company multiple times and have not received any response at all. Very poor customer experience.

Amazing customer service! I put in my order and then was contacted by someone at the company to let me know that I should actually change the size according to my son‘s prescription. They adjusted the order for me and ship them out right away. The adjustment was so necessary as I can see their point now that the smaller pair would not have fit his face correctly. I’m so glad they caught this error on my part.

After posting my Trustpilot review about the non response to the problem I had with my goggle inserts, that responded to me, analyzed the problem, and offered to replace the inserts if I would agree to pay for shipping only. This was a very fair outcome, and I have received notification the new inserts are in production and will ship soon. I would like to recommend that GooglesNMore look at better training their answering service, which is listed as a direct GooglesNMore phone number on the website. I would recommend that they identify themselves as an answering service and related that GooglesNMore will get back in a proscribed period of time. I would also recommend that they train the answering service to take minimal info necessary to direct the response to the right department in GooglesNMore. In my case they were asking detailed technical questions about things they obviously did not understand. I have used GooglesNMore in the past, and was very statisfied with the product. I am looking forward to enjoying my new google inserts.
