First, I had questions about 2 different brands of dishwashers. My questions were answered swiftly and a quick decision was able to be made by me. The next day, I found the same product for a lesser price and a needed cord as a bonus. Santiago DiSanto was a pleasure to work with and had all my information in a FLASH! He found and verified the product, sent the price match, and when I told him I would be needing more appliances he sent me a gift certificate for future use. So far...I have had nothing but a positive experience!

I don’t do this very often but when I get EXCELLENT help, I take the time. I had a problem with an item that was shipped wrong, it was the carrier’s fault. Santiago DiSanto helped me out SO MUCH! He took the time to get the Carrier on the phone and conference me in. I have never had such a polite, professional experience with an issue. I even spoke with Santiago’s Supervisor, Mike, another very professional experience. I paid a little more buying the item from these guys, because I was in a bind. Santiago’s and Mike’s help really made me happy I did. You just don’t get real customer support from the many vendors you find on the internet these days. Count me as 5-star satisfied.
