With the disruptive supply chain issues, I was concerned that this appliance would not arrive on time. Fortunately, I received the appliance a bit ahead of schedule.

I ordered my fridge and was told it was in stock; however, when I checked back on my portal a few days later, it said it was out of stock with no idea of when it would be back in stock. Once it did come back in stock, it was super speedy and I received the shipment nearly three days later.

Our purchase went smoothly. It perhaps took a little longer from start to delivery ( 17 days ), but that can be expected in these times. The delivery was about an hour outside the window, but we were made aware that they were running late. Overall we had a positive experience and would purchase from Appliance Connection again.

Order took a bit longer to receive than I wanted due to supply challenges. Other than that, it was delivered and installed without any problems. Happy with my new GE Dishwasher, the service and the value at Appliance Connection.

I was a little disappointed st first when I was told my stove was in stock but then I got a email saying it wasn't ! So I had to wait 2 months to get it but at least I am satisfied with it it !

it wasn't associate Mike Salcedo's fault, but I had been offered an alternate in-stock freezer on 12/22. But it never processed and when I got around to looking what the heck was the holdup the freezer was gone. I had to settle for a much smaller upright freezer which is kinda a bummer. However Mike was himself very friendly/helpful and left me with all options, even a full refund. In the end after a lot of hand wringing I went with the much smaller one. Its just how it is these days with the WRONG party running the government and screwing it up.
