Hi Dalene, We appreciate your feedback regarding the topper you received from us and apologize for the long delay in responding to your review. We just recently discovered reviews on this forum and feel it is important to still respond to you. Synthetic fibers will have a shine due to the newness of the fibers being synthetic and not human hair. Once the piece has been washed a few times, the shine naturally tones down. You can also take a little baby powder in your hands, rub your hands together and then run your fingers through the hair fibers. This will help. The great thing about synthetic wigs and toppers is that they are easy to care for and wash & wear. There is no maintenance needed and they are very lightweight. Thank you.

Hi Ruth, I am sorry to be responding to your review 2 years later. We were never aware that there were reviews for our company on this forum, but I still feel it's important to provide a response. I appreciate your feedback about your disappointment in regard to the texture of the wig. I see that you purchased 5 different wigs from us so unfortunately, I'm not able to tell which wig you are referring to. The hair fibers can feel differently or have a different texture based on the wig style and cut. Some wigs are razor cut vs. others a scissor cut. All returns and refunds have been processed and issued accordingly. Should you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (877)567-9447 Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm PST. Thank you.
