We’re sorry you’re disappointed with your experience. We do want to clarify a few important points so that the situation is accurately represented. We did not dismiss your concerns or attempt to shame you. When you contacted us stating that you had received a different product than the one you ordered, we asked for photos to be sent to us at [email protected] so that we could investigate the issue. We have not received those photos. We also reviewed the order information associated with the email address provided to us. There is only one order associated with that account, and if the items you received do not correspond to the items listed on that order, we want to make it right for you, but seeing photos will show how we can fix the problem.  If the purchase you are referring to was placed under a different name or email address, we would be happy to investigate that as well, but we would need the order information such as the order number that is on the invoice enclosed with the order to locate it. Our goal is not to argue with a customer or dismiss a concern. We simply need accurate information and, when appropriate, photos of the item received so that we can determine what happened and provide the appropriate resolution and make this right for you. We remain willing to review the matter if you provide the order information and the requested photos. Hi Jerry, Thank you for your message. We’d really like the chance to speak with you directly and help with your return, but I wasn’t able to locate any orders under the name Jerry Jones. We had also asked Trustpilot to reach out to you for more details so we could look into it further, but they didn’t receive a response. If you called us regarding a return, our team would have explained that returns are processed within 5–10 business days from the day we receive your item. Once your return is complete, you’ll receive an email notification with the details of your store credit or refund. If you posted in our private Facebook group with questions about a product or your return, our moderators would have kindly messaged you and removed the post in line with our group rules, which ask members to contact us directly for order-related concerns.
