I see that your return for the two Rochelle wigs in Butter Pecan-R was delivered to us on July 15, 2026. Your return was processed and your store credit was issued on July 24, 2026, which was within 7 business days of receipt. As outlined in our return policy, returns are processed within 5–10 business days after they are received. I also see that you placed a new order using your store credit on July 25, 2026, for two Rochelle wigs in Creamy Toffee-R -your desired color. Your order shipped on July 27, 2026, and is currently on its way to you. We're sorry to hear that the timing didn't work out for your event, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. Although we processed your return within our promised timeframe, we appreciate your feedback regarding the return process and customer service. Hi Starr! Thank you for your review. All of our hair pieces are made by hand and each is really unique..hand-made so to speak. That being said, Creamy Toffee is a percentage of a group of colors that make it Creamy Toffee. Human hands grab the colors we designate. However, sometimes depending on the length differences, whether it's mono or machine teased and many other parts that create the Creamy Toffee "pattern" for each piece-we cannot always get the identical layout of the color. We get as close as we can, since it is the correct blend of colors, but we cannot guarantee 100% that every piece in the same color will look exact. We love the uniqueness of knowing they are made by human hands and not machine/robot made. Hi Ruth, I am sorry to be responding to your review 2 years later. We were never aware that there were reviews for our company on this forum, but I still feel it's important to provide a response. I appreciate your feedback about your disappointment in regard to the texture of the wig. I see that you purchased 5 different wigs from us so unfortunately, I'm not able to tell which wig you are referring to. The hair fibers can feel differently or have a different texture based on the wig style and cut. Some wigs are razor cut vs. others a scissor cut.
