I made a holiday order on 10/25/2022 to arrive by 12/16. Charged same day. Order never arrived. Call Center constantly closed, Life Chat unavailable, Customer Service emails ignored. On 12/21 I finally got a Live Chat person only to find the items are out-of-stock & 'did I want a refund?' Are you kidding? Now come to find the refunds take time. They charge us the moment we place an order, never ship the items & want to keep the money? If you are sending a gift, be very sure it arrives. Many on-line reviews site the same issues I've related. No fulfillment, money kept, no contact to customer.

Ordered 8 boxes to give for the holidays on 12/3 and two weeks later no update and the order still shows as "New". Have called and tried to use the chat function multiple times over the past two weeks and they are clearly not staffed at a level that can provide any customer service. Was on hold more than 30 minutes and never got through on the phone. Attempted chat multiple times during their posted hours and get kicked out immediately with a "we're experiencing heavy volume" response. Sent an email to the address provided and never got a response. Have placed big holiday orders for years and very sorry that they are no longer delivering good service.

My husband bought me a box of Godiva chocolates for my birthday, which is a luxury for us. After eating a couple my husband cut his tongue on one. He pulled out a piece of hard plastic which was from the box and the same color so he couldn't see it. I was so upset I contacted Godiva who was very nice and told me they would send out a replacement box, but NEVER DID. Then I reached out again but was only GHOSTED. Very disappointed to say the least

AWFUL! I have been a loyal customer for years. I placed an order on December 2, 2022. Still don't have it. I've been told it was frozen in the system. I'm done with them and will be shopping locally from now on. I was also on hold for an hour before I got to speak to a human. Ridiculous!!

Terrible Customer Service Terrible customer service. Ordered from UK to be delivered to New York. Had several emails to say the order was accepted and being dealt with. Several days later had an email to say they cannont accept a billing address in the UK. After several emails from me saying I don't want the bill sent to the recipient in NY I just want to cancel. No apologies, only several generic emails stating the same thing. I checked on the website where my order was saying it had been deliverd to NY. After several chats online I eventually was told it wasn't deliverd and they would cancel the order. There was no empathy with helping me to order using a uk billing address. Will not use this site again. Godiva would not print my review on their website.

For the last few Christmas seasons, I've spend hundreds of of dollar in orders. This year I placed my orders a couple months in advance, thinking things would go smoother. They did not. One client did not receive their chocolates. I emailed corporate sales 6 days ago to see if they could send a replacement order, and even offered to double pay. I've still yet to hear if they've sent a replacement order.

I've been a really loyal customer, but the web site hasn't let me check out in the last two years. It says my payment isn't working. I tried three different cards, and even changed my address on one to my work address. Called customer service. They had no idea and made it clear that there was no way to even address the question. Said I could call and order over the phone. Right, I'm going to read 20 addresses over the phone. I can do a corporate order - way more expensive.

I placed a large gift order for my clients. Not only did it arrive weeks late, but Godiva tried to add an extra $1,000 charge on top of the price they quoted. The worst part of all is that Godiva neglected to attach the note I wanted my clients to receive, so I basically sent out thousands of dollars of chocolates to people that had no idea who they were from. To ensure that they fully deserve this poor review, their customer service is non-existent, as I have had to spend hours on hold and waiting for promised callbacks that never come. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
