GoCare is the best coverage I have found for used phones. I currently have coverage on my Galaxy S4 and my son's iPhone 5S. I even received a partial refund when I sold my Note 2. I haven't filed a claim yet, but the claims process looks very straight forward and customer service has been great so far. Highly recommended!

Cell phone insurance is a "you need it when you need it" type of thing. You don't want to have to pay an arm and a leg for something you may or may not need. However, on the other end, you don't want to get bad service for what you DO pay for. This is the best of both worlds. It's a one time flat fee that's a fraction of what you'd pay with your cell phone provider, and you still get the excellent and quick service you need! It's the coverage you want, at a lower cost for when you finally need it. Definitely worth it!
