I have not used the service as of yet. But I do not like getting an email to rate the company every week.

Been paying for this insurance for a few years now. I now have the insurance on both my phone and my wife's. I have not made a claim yet. My phone has a small crack in the screen that I could claim and it needs fixed but I fear being without my phone for a long duration.

Kids being kids, and electronics being as expensive as they are, it is better to have insurance than risk a loss.

The company was slow to repair the Ipad and was expensive to fix. I am a high school student without a lot of extra cash and am required to have an iPad for school. The iPad cracked during regular usage and transportation. Carrying it in my backpack.

GoCare has been a dependable service for my son's iPad. The policy is clear and every call made to GoCare was with a professional response.

It took a lot of correspondence, too much I think, but the person I was corresponding with was friendly and helpful. There were more hoops to jump through than I would've liked. I ended up deciding not to go through with it after so much run around and uncertainty. I did pay the $50, but have decided to insure my phone elsewhere.

I had read reviews about go care and it seemed like a good deal...plus I was sick of paying $11/month for each of my kids phones. So we got brand new phones at Sprint and immediately came home and tried to sign up for go care insurance. However, once signing up, I found out that I had to take pictures of the front and back of the phone and on the front, the screen had to show the serial number on the screen. They gave you 3 choices of numbers that it could show...i.e. EIN, serial number, etc. Well, being brand new phones and not sure WHERE to even find these numbers, it was difficult. Go care reps couldn't walk you through HOW to find those numbers either. So, I thought I found what they needed and took the pictures and one of the phones was good with the number it showed, the other one wasn't and they wanted a different number. I told them that was all that I could find and unless they could direct me on how/where to find a different number, I was at a loss....and I was nervous too...nervous that we just bought brand new $600 phones and for 3-5 days they weren't insured while trying to work this out. That was very stressful. My kids are very accident prone and I was worried that they'd break the phones before we got this insurance worked out. Once it finally got worked out though...I was happy. It's been approx 6 weeks and we haven't had to use it yet so I can comment on that part...yet :)
