I couldn't be happier with the support & prompt repair/solution to our broken iPhone!
We had to make a claim on our son's iPhone 4 insurance coverage when the screen went black. He had dropped it. Upon removing the cover to send it to GoCare, we discovered the back of the phone was completely shattered as well. After mailing it off to GoCare, their inspection & miraculous repair, we had it back in our hands within 7 business days! As a parent of a college student who lives away from home, our son's phone is our lifeline to him.
