Knowing my son's laptop will be covered if it gets broke was stressful. Signing up with GoCare was fast & easy. Just a few clicks and he was covered. No more worrying about his laptop - too bad I still worry about his grades...LOL!

I had three kids who needed insurance on their laptops, so I had to do each on individually and goofed up on the second one. After realizing this, I called GOCARE to get it straightened out and they were very helpful and patient with me and my questions. Great!

Couldn't sign up online which was frustrating. Called it all in to find out that the phone insured was not correct. It was finally all corrected. Overall not a great experience; however, I'm sure coverage and cost is good.

Everything was pretty straight forward, the hardest part was taking pictures of the screens showing the ID #. The other thing that I' am waiting for is notification that I have a policy and it's effective date.

They were able to protect my iPhone, even though it was already a year old. They had me send photos of my device, and they activated my coverage right away! Their deductibles are the lowest i've seen, and the plans are pretty cheap.
