Bait and switch at medical review, price increased by $100. I declined the order at that point but this company still charged me. I can get not get a hold of anyone from customer service. I've tried the portal with no reply and the phone number only allows you to leave a message. I would NOT recommend dealing with this shady company. It's costing me $500 to learn the lesson.

Hey there Michele, one of our team members tried to reach out to you and was not able to get in contact with you. We are absolutely not trying to bait and switch you, and more than likely what has happened is your provider suggested you move up in medication. With more medication comes a price increase which you do need to approve. I would recommend opening up a ticket through the customer support, but have also alerted the customer support team to reach back out to you via your email. Saying that this has cost you $500 to learn a lesson isn't really fair, and our customer support team is always here to help you in any way that we can. We will be happy to cancel your order and refund your money.

The customer service and medical team take a very long time to respond back. I’m confident I got a defective product and they won’t consider that’s an option. To take a medicine for 12 weeks and not have any of the benefits and zero side effects is unheard of.

Hey there, we apologize about any delay from our medical team. Usually, our turn around time from the medical team is around 24 to answer any questions. As far as the medication goes, some people respond differently to different medications with different additives and dosage. More than likely, that could mean that you may need to titrate up to a higher dose that is more effective for you. Update- I placed my order on May 5th, the pharmacy received the script a week later on May 11th and its now May 18th and meds are still sitting at pharmacy with no ship date. I also now will have a gap in medication. I have been waiting on a response as why meds just sit at the pharmacy- but they instantly charged me for the meds even though the pharmacy still hasn’t sent meds. I am concerned I lost my money and if I ever do get the meds I’m worried they will be water.

Hi Amy, We’re sorry you’re frustrated, but we should clarify a few important points. The delays you’re referencing are part of a broader GLP-1 industry disruption affecting pharmacies nationwide, following recent 503B production changes, meaning several of the largest 503b compounding pharmacies are no longer compounding GLP-1s. This is not unique to GobyMeds, and it is not a matter of us “taking your money” and ignoring your order. Your order was placed into processing, but pharmacy backlogs have extended fulfillment times across the board.

I ordered on May 3rd. On May 4th the portal said my order was at the “pharmacy level”. It has never progressed to ship and I haven’t received anything! I used the chat feature which told me the pharmacy accepted my order on May 7th. When I explained that this is not what is reflected in my portal it just says it isn’t a live person and multiple messages will slow it down. Two. I sent two . So much for customer service. It’s been 10 days. Nothing yet. Still no response to last night’s messages. Product arrived 12 days after initial order.
