Hello. Due to the temperature difference between the ice pack and the ambient temperature, condensation in a melted ice pack is expected. The ice pack is there to keep the medication at a more stable temperature for as long as possible, minimizing the number of days that it could possibly be in transit. Our pharmacies opt for stability testing that shows the medication can survive multiple days at over 100° temperatures. We are sorry to hear this. We constantly work with our pharmacies to keep our prices as low as possible. We have also introduced, in the past month, a loyalty program that gives customers discounts on every order.

Hey, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We apologize for the medications taking a little bit longer than normal. We shoot for three to five days, but because the industry is overwhelmed, many compound pharmacies have backed up, and shipping is taking a couple of days longer than it should.
