The experience was quick and positive
The experience was quick and positive. I am currently taking a GLP-1 and wanted to switch for a cheaper price. GobyMeds portal made it easy to upload my current dose, receive my approval and receive my medication within a week for a much cheaper price than I was currently paying.

I filed an order
I filed an order, and then sent messages to multiple people to request a cancellation while it was still in the pharmacy - I would have been happy to pay a small fee to have the order cancelled, but instead nobody ever responded to me. The reason I wanted to cancel is because the GLP I requested was improper for me, my doctor told me that I should be using a different product if I wanted to use GLPs. Again, I take responsibility for making the order in the first place, but I feel like I was purposefully ignored so that your company could just claim ignorance and charge me the full amount, instead of cancelling

Hi! Unfortunately, we can cancel orders up until the time they are sent to a pharmacy partner for fulfillment. Prior to that, we are able to cancel orders, but not once it has been passed to the pharmacy. We understand the frustration for sure. We will share this with our Support Team to make sure that no one overlooked an order while it was in an earlier stage because we do understand how frustrating this is. Thank you for letting us know!

Great experience!
I have been having a great experience with this company. Their customer service is excellent. They respond quickly to all of my questions. The entire process is always smooth from start to finish.
