The medicine got just now in my house and it was HOT! The ice pack in gel was HOT and in contact with the medicine. Hope it’s not damaged.

The good news is that based on stability data, this medication stays effective for up to 4 days at temperatures as high as 104°F — so a warm arrival doesn't compromise it. The pharmacy actually includes a card in each shipment explaining exactly this, since it does happen from time to time. As long as everything looks intact inside the package, you're good to go.
