The initial intro product was good, but the full does labeling looks sketchy versus the very professionally packaged initial order I received. The initial vial had a clear description of the tirzepatide and vitamin B6 on a glossy label with other clear manufacturer information, storage information, lot numbers compounded dates and expiration date in a clear vial. The one I just received is in a brown vial with a label that looks like it was printed in a garage with minimal compounding information. This is beyond suspicious. I do not feel comfortable injecting myself with this sketchy product. Update: I did reach out to customer service, and the only solution offered was to throw it away, and they would send a new vial at full price.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. It sounds like a different pharmacy was used for the second order, which would account for the differences in packaging. Rest assured that we only work with licensed, LegitScript-certified 503A or 503B pharmacies, which must meet meet strict quality standards. However, we understand your hesitation upon seeing very different packaging, and would like to connect with you to provide further support. Please send us an email at [email protected] , or log in to your portal and send us a message.
