Really disappointed and feel ripped off. I had asked for tierzepatide and they ended up sending me some diluted version of it with a bunch of vitamins in it. I’ve been on tierzepatide before so I know how well it works. I didn’t loose any weight and didn’t have one side effect. So either they or the pharmacy ripped me off. Also everytime I would message them about the issues a random message came back saying I had excellent weight loss :/ . Clearly unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing. Find a different company:)

Here is what I can tell you. They are a legit medication drop shipper with a one size fits all plan for compounded semiglutide. You will be approved, you will be charged for a 6-month supply in advance, and the medication will be instantly ordered from HCP Fulfilment in Florida. This means the medication is being provided by Hallandale Pharmacy, which has been a BBB member for 21 years and has an A+ rating. So it is legit medication from a legit pharmacy. Several other companies use the same pharmacy (i.e. Reddit says Henry uses them.) As I said, this is a 1 size fits all Rx and whether the doses they calculate out to be a "6 month supply" is sufficient is the only real question. The medication arrived promptly by FEDEX. I suspect most of the 1 star reviews are "planted" reviews by competing drop-shippers. Of course you are covered by a visa or mastercard guarantee if your product fails to arrive, my question was the quality of the product and how prompt they were. This seems fine. Instructions on how to use the kit are in every e-mail and text message, they have sent that 4 times. Don't expect ANY help from them. If there is a problem, write the pharmacy. The package was delayed (by FEDEX, which is awful where I live) and arrived warm. I wrote BIOVERSE "provider chat" received no reply at all. (Fortunately I was able to determine from Grok AI that semiglutide can sit at room temp for a few days and be okay as long as it doesn't reach 85 degrees.) This is a drop shipper.

From the ordering process to receiving my shipment I've had an excellent experience with this company. I was hesitant at first about the injection process, but it turned out to be super easy with absolutely no pain or bleeding at injection site. The product works EXTREMELY well. It kept me feeling full (sometimes too full if I ate even a little too much), but no pain or major discomfort. I've only been using the product for a week so far, I've lost 11 pounds in 5 days! They have an option where you can message your provider. The first couple of days when I messaged them, they would respond within 24 hours. After about a week or two, they completely stopped messaging me. I even sent emails to their customer support email and got nothing back. I canceled my subscription because it was crazy. I am very happy with my weight loss journey so far. I ordered a 6 month supply and received my order with no issues. I have been losing 2lbs per week since I started 3 weeks ago and that is without really making changes to what I eat or working out. I am finding that I am just not able to eat as much and I am drinking more water. I feel like my energy is also improving. If I continue losing weight I will be ordering another 6 month supply.

Do not go here they promise monthly payments then randomly charge you full cost when they feel like it. They are terrible I plan to file a charge back first thing in the morning as their customer service do not exist and will be leaving a review anywhere I can find a place to
