Super easy process to answer the medical history, was approved in 2days and received the medication 6 days later. Took my first shot yesterday and l can already feel a difference. Last night l only ate 1/2 my dinner and no snacks later in the evening. Praying the process continues to be smooth sailing.

I had no issues with the first two fills on my prescription for Tirzepatide. The most recent renewal was not being filled and my inquiries were being summarily ignored for almost a month, until someone realized their order system had misfired. Once I talked with a representative they handled all required credits/ordering etc and I am satisfied with the medication. I'm down 40 lbs and happy.

After seeing the reviews, thought I would write a review on my order experience. I placed my order on 3/1. I didn’t hear anything after 3 business days, so I called the number on the website and immediately got a customer service representative. It turns out the system rejected the ID file that I uploaded, but didn’t give me an error message. So when I logged on to my account the message indicated that my information was with a provider when it wasn’t. The customer service representative quickly corrected the situation and within an hour I received a notification that my order had been placed.

I asked a question about what I should be using to draw the medication and got no response... B12 and then with the weightloss, nothing... did not feel it helped at all.. not even sure if it is what they said it was.... very disapointed....

This company approved me on 2/14. Charged my card on 2/21 and have not sent any product. They refuse to refund my money. Buyer beware!
