Return and refund
We received a sheet just 3 days after placing the order. We consulted the cardiologist about using it with a pace maker who advised against it. We contacted GOBEK who began the process of return and refund after receiving this information. They stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process notifying us when refund was completed.

Wrong item
Dear GobekUSA Team, I received my delivery for order #US8934 today, and the items are completely incorrect. This is very frustrating as I specifically confirmed the product with your team before placing the order. (See attached pictures) Additionally, I noticed the package was shipped from a third party, Darkslide Records in Iowa. I order from them frequently and could have purchased this directly for a lower price. Given these errors, I expect a full refund, including the cost of return shipping to Darkslide Records. This experience is unacceptable, and I plan to file a complaint with Shop if this matter is not rectified immediately.

Hello, We take claims of incorrect items very seriously. However, after reviewing this order, we have not received any verifiable evidence that the items shipped do not match the SKU and specifications confirmed prior to purchase. Our company works with multiple authorized fulfillment partners in the United States, which is why a third-party warehouse name may appear on shipping labels. This does not affect the authenticity, pricing, or correctness of the product ordered. If an item is truly incorrect, our policy is simple and fair: the item must be returned and inspected before any refund can be issued. To date, no return request or verification has been completed for this order. We remain ready to resolve this professionally through our support team and encourage the customer to complete the standard return verification process so the issue can be addressed properly.

The gloves I ordered were too small but…
The gloves I ordered were too small but I worked with Edo and he helped me with the return and the reorder. He was very nice. The shipping was very slow but that’s not on the company that’s just snail mail for you!

Fedex managed to misdeliver my package
Fedex managed to misdeliver my package. Gobek was great. They kept me informed. When it became apparent, they said they'd file the claim and replace the lost item.
