I was not aware that assembly was required. Assembly was pretty simple but still I was not aware of that. Other than that it seems like a good product. I am looking forward to using it.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Unfortunately, the shipment was sent to the wrong address because an incorrect delivery address was entered into the system, and the package was subsequently returned to us. We will now proceed with your refund. Throughout this process, our team did its best to assist you and help resolve the situation. However, we sincerely regret that, despite our efforts, we were unable to provide the experience you expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. GobekUSA Team
