I was not aware that assembly was required. Assembly was pretty simple but still I was not aware of that. Other than that it seems like a good product. I am looking forward to using it.

Product was same as in pictures. Price was very good. Delivery on time. All was good.

The item arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. It did take a bit to receive it. I sent an email about the status of my order and was answered quickly. My client loved the vase!

The product itself seems pretty good. My problem is that the "push" sign is about a quarter of an inch shorter than the "pull" sign reflected on the measurements cited on the website. Consequently the holes don't line up. I've asked for some resolution but no response yet..Feb 4. OK, here we are in late March. I'm raising my review to a 4 1/2. Of course, the item itself still falls a little short because measurements are out of wack, however, that is not Gobek's fault..their supplier is the problem and they have been unable to get satisfactory response from them. Gobek has been extremely helpful thru this process...professional, empathetic, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to find an answer. They are clearly as frustrated as I am. Today, they agreed to give me a full refund and suggested I keep the items...maybe I'll use 'em as a doorstop. I'd give 'em a 5 for service but still dinged them just a little for not being able to get the supplier to respond more positively. Hope they find a new supplier. Gobek.....a good group.

The gloves I ordered were too small but I worked with Edo and he helped me with the return and the reorder. He was very nice. The shipping was very slow but that’s not on the company that’s just snail mail for you!

We have received our couch cover and they are good quality and we like them so far. The one dissapointing fact is the large (ugly) logo on the item, that doesn't make any sense. It says "Samantha hair care" in bright yellow and brown. Not only is the logo unsightly, but it doesn't make any sense since this couch cover has nothing to do with hair care. We thought it fit our room aesthtically, but with this distateful logo, I would think twice.

I ordered two wall hooks a few months before they were to be installed in a new construction. When I realized I needed a 3rd hook, I ordered a single hook and it was smaller overall than the first two. When I requested an exchange for all three hooks, I was initially told only the 3rd would be exchanged as the first 2 were outside of the return period. After I explained that I needed 3 hooks that matched, Gobek agreed to refund all 3 hooks. I really appreciate them making this right.

I'm genuinely shy about ordering online with so many scams but no worries they followed through and kept me up to date during the whole process
