“I placed the order on December 23, and it was supposed to be delivered within 2–3 business days, but on January 5 it was refunded because the item was out of stock.

Lousy customer service
I placed two orders. You accepted both, shipped one and informed me many days after I placed the order that you had cancelled one order. Now it’s too late to get it for a Xmas gift.
