Lied to me about shipping address ! You ship my stuff to another state , and now I have to file fraudulent by your company , and second order you claim it will be delivered 10/01/2026 , nothing has showed up, your company is a fraud . I want my credit back , I have re-order the items from someone else , pls issue my credit before I go to consumer report . Ty

Misleading. Machine has zero resistance which makes it useless. Thought it was made in the usa. Box says china. I sent an email and im still waiting for the solution.

I am so frustrated!! My rug still has not shipped and i've been in contact via email multiple times. you're customer service is terrible!

Everyone reading this and thinking about purchasing anything from this company, just don’t. Your package will arrive damaged and they won’t refund you because it won’t be the complete product even though it wouldn’t be the customer’s fault they didn’t receive the complete product. Can never get a person on the phone and there’s only one customer service representative who has no problem lying to you. Please do not waste your money and time on this company, they do not respect their customers and only care about $$$ NOT customer satisfaction. At the end of the day you’ll just be fighting for a refund. I’d rather not have anyone else deal with this miserable experience and miserable excuse of a company.

A whopping $62 Restock Fee!!! Should have done my homework on everybody else store policies. On top of that they didn’t specify that 3 individual Canvas was not the measurement we ordered instead it was the measurement for one single canvas length wise, and a total of all three canvases across which led us to order the wrong size and then they did not want to give us a full refund. They wanted to give us a refund and charge us a $62 restocking fee. Then we asked about exchanging the canvases for the size that we really need now that we understand the measurements that they use, but they still wanted to charge us the restocking fee even for the exchange.

Order# US11416 The worst company ever!!! I canceled the order WITHIN 5 MINUTES of purchase because I like the other one better. There was no way to cancel the order on their website so I emailed them requesting them to cancel my order and that was 07/13/26 the day I placed the order. They never responded to my request and sent both phone cases, the one I canceled and the one I purchased after sending cancel request email to their customer service. So I request the return and after 2 weeks, they send email to tell me they will charge 25% restocking fees and shipping fees. Are you kidding me? Poor customer service and I think there send me cancelled item on purpose of making extra money and it’s a scam. Horrible and shame on you.

I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF I WERE YOU!!! I ordered the power washer that they claimed had SOOO much power and it had not power at all. I purchased it for my husband for fathers day and we didn't get around to using it until some oil was spilled on our driveway. Upon using it the plastic piece that connected the hose to the power washer snapped off. I asked for a return since the product is a piece of junk and the company will not offer any compensation at all for their crappy merchandise just because it has been 2 months since I received it even though it was a fathers day present so I did not even give it to my husband until a month after receiving it.
