Trying to go online to setup my account is like pulling teeth. And, with all due respect, all the customer are 'foreign' and I cannot understand what they are telling me

Terrible customer service and online setup process and instructions. Tried to follow incomplete and poorly written instructions for how to simply open a new savings account and got locked out. Called customer service who said I had to wait 24 hours to try again!! Clearly do not care about getting my account or providing any reasonable customer service.

This banking app is a str8 up scam. Everything about it is wrong. Overdraft protection is a scam & BBB really need to be put in the business cause they're truely messing people over. Customer service is terrible.

I had a large sum of money deposited into go2bank, I can not get my money from them, they closed my account with them for no reason, I can't get customer service to contact me, they also gave out my personal information to a 3rd party bank . They are the worst bank I have ever dealt with, that bank needs to be shut down.

I stopped at a gas leaving New Orleans heading to Houston. I never used my card again until I arrived in Houston and tried to book my hotel only for it to be declined. When I checked my account I was devastated to find all my money was gone and there were 6 transactions I had no knowledge of. I am now forced to live in my car with no food, no water, no place to shower because I'm here all alone in a city where I don't know anyone. I have no family that can assist me. The weather is over 100⁰ everyday. This is extremely unsafe for a 52 year old woman to endure at no fault of my own. They are telling me I have to wait 10 days for a provisional release of the funds that were stolen and there are no exceptions. This is absolutely unacceptable and a horrible way to treat a loyal customer.

Go2bank’s Overdraft is a scam. Bad bad experience. I was scammed more than 200 dollars with the overdraft fees even i’m not over 24 hrs. Bad bad bad

Here is a good one. My account was permanently closed due suspected fraud charges no I was notified on a Friday night and my social security check was going in on Friday night Because of the the issue the check was being returned to SS and the balance sitting in my account a check will be issued 5 to 10 business days Now I have to open a new account at a legit decent bank then go to SS office with new routing and account number and pray that I get my money deposited into my account quickly. These people do not give any warning they take it upon themselves to treat people bad. I called them and I have charged them with discrimination There is no one that can give you a straight answer

100% a scam if you can avoid them do it at all cost they have transactions on there that aren't yours that they say they can see them but yeah you can't see them so it's crazy they're hiding transactions that hide your balance they don't give it back their money that are adjusted they hold your money that they don't put through it is a terrible Bank I'm just waiting for them to get this done and I will be closing my account I don't need them I only use them long time ago but now I see why I ended up having to pay for the place I had to use a different card because mine didn't work with go2bank It said decline saw with my own eyes and yeah constantly trying to get in contact with him is it possible they don't care they just hang up on you they don't care because it doesn't matter because it doesn't affect them at all cuz they're somewhere in the Middle East l probably stealing everybody's cards info I've already reported them to the Federal reserve the Cfbp next I'm going to report them to the police for stealing you know that doesn't work I'm driving to their location I'm sick of these people
