Not only did I waste almost an hour of my life hoping that Riza G. would troubleshoot my laptop and just test my audio he did literally nothing. When I say nothing, I mean NOTHING. I watched him just move my mouse around, preview my current tabs and when I asked him if he checked my computer and the audio because I didn't see him go into my settings or do anything, I had no response. Then I asked again and he typed in "Speedtest by Ookla and then ended the session immediately after without any confirmation. Keep in mind THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR HELP ON. What ever money that you're spending financing this outsourcing agency, it is an actual waste! Also, I don't know if this has to do with anything but I spoke with someone on the phone who directed me to this chat and he had me add "HD" to the end of my name which I already though was weird and maybe is correlated to the lack of performance demonstrated today.

Absolute dog crap! Can't reconnect. Freaking hated every part of it! Couldn't write my exam. Won't refund my exam fee. No one who has seen "The Beekeeper(2024)" movie will not freak out at what they do to set you up.

ProctorU needs to be taken down immediately. I have never felt so unsecure while using an online platform. I'm a tech nerd, so I have a security program that keeps my information safe. When beginning to take my exam, the proctor attempted to remove it from my laptop. Come to find that after my exam and the session ended, my security platform had detected a handful of threats coming from none other than ProctorU. I have given this platform multiple chances, but the second time that my camera was on ten minutes past my exam finish, I called it quits. The first time I thought it could be a fluke. It stayed on for 2 and a half hours PAST my exam completion. And most recently, the camera stayed on ten minutes past my exam, but when I went to take a photo for evidence, it immediately disappeared. I think that this platform is a breach of security in multiple ways and needs to be fixed. If not fixed, this program needs to be removed.

Their software is horrible. It doesn't connect me to a Proctor. The customer service representative on the phone could not solve my issue and kept saying my Internet Connection is faulty, even though Ookla Speed Test says my connection is 41mbps and is considered very fast for streaming multiple devices at HD resolutions. They don't care about test takers.

Technical support needs improvement. Both my USB port C's were not working after taking a ProctorU exam - i.e. not charging my device, not detecting any connection. ProctorU's technical support team insisted that it was a hardware issue and that they could not help with the problem. My husband ended up updating Windows and rebooting the laptop. Then that solved the issue. Such a huge disappoint in how ProctorU handled my situation. The issue was mostly likely caused by their proctor changing the settings, but they blamed it on my hardware.

Just an awful experience. I wasted money trying to set this exam up. Had o show room multiple times. Had to show my ID, which is a big security risk.

Proctor U is Trash Plan Trash a 1 star is being kind. There information is all over the place the access code is always invalid by time you schedule an exam and talk to the proctor he he has to contact support then support needs to reboot your computer 30 minutes went bye all before taking the test that I still haven’t taken terrible it has to be another way!

They don’t deserve even 1 star. The service they provide is outrageous, and very very distressing (as I see from rest of the reviews) for to many people. I have made appointment with them and after waiting an hour they told me to come back 10pm (3 hours exam) thats the only way to get refunded. But I refused that midnightish appoinyment, and i made a next morning appointment instead and payed again! Next day, my booked exam disappeared from my account and the 2 payed exam fees were in my cart, so I booked instantly the 3! exam 30 minutes later. But at this time a single exam cost me double price. In this way they were able to pull me off with an extra exam price, and giving me so much anxiety that I couldn’t even focus on my exam, wich reflected the result also. I hate this company from the buttom of my heart, cannot believe its legal to operate with this unprofessional corrupt manner, and no one does anything?!
