Despite some reviews, I have to say that I’m really impressed by the delivery. A bit more than a week. The package was perfect and exactly what I ordered. Thank you very much

Glasses, though well priced and a good brand, didn't fit, so per their return policy I returned them for a refund. They acknowledged receipt of the return, said they would credit my credit card. No credit appeared. About ten days later I called them to see what was holding up the refund, and they said "whoops, we thought you wanted an exchange. We will credit you now." I should not have needed to do that.

I ordered frames only on July 1, 2026 at 11:52 am, Order #D76A7F8. I paid the expedited shipping for 1-3 business days. I just called the 877-634-2020 phone number and Troy said my order will not even be processed until July 10, 2026. (that's 8 processing days) The web page states 1-5 days processing guaranteed. This would mean that my frames should be expedited mailed today or tomorrow. I needed these frames ASAP. I asked for a supervisor and Troy said his name is Roger (didn't know last name) wasn't available to talk to me and for me to call back in 30-45 minutes and maybe Roger would be available. I would have ordered the frames only from somewhere else if they would have told me approximately 2 weeks to get them.
