Easy to place order in great pricing

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One for sunglasses the other regular lenses. The glasses came in about 2 weeks and are excellent. Came with nice hard cases and cleaning cloth and better then expected highly recommend.

They are the only one with the glasses i lost and im lucky they have it

Purchased a pair of Tom Ford prescription sunglasses. 1. Product was advertised as being "In-Stock", was told the next day it was back-order and would around 45 days until they would receive the frames before they could prepare the prescription. Was nearly 60 days before order was received. 2. Within 14 months of having the product, there was a small screw that began to back out of the frame. Not damaged, simple repair. After making a warranty claim, I was told I would need to file a claim through the Manufacturer (Tom Ford) directly. 3. After filing the claim with Tom Ford, I was then informed Go-Optic was "Not an Authorized Dealer" for Tom Ford products. Once hearing that, I did find on the Go-Optic website where they are currently advertising to be an "Authorized Dealer". 4. They do not have a direct phone number for customer service. Any/All "Numbers" they advertise for customer support will only reach a voicemail inbox, and they say they will contact you back when possible. If you do leave a message you will rarely receive a call back, and if you do the service is awful/non-helpful. Very suspicious behavior at every turn. Would most definitely avoid.
