I had paid more than $1k for glasses in the past. I felt that I was overcharged so I decided to shop around on the internet. I found Go-Optic. While I was nervous about making this purchase they had a great return policy and the ordering experience was fairly simple. Short story is that I paid 1/3 of what I had paid in the past. The quality of the frames and lenses were comparable to what I had purchased earlier. This is my second pair of eye glasses I have purchased from them,

I've bought several pairs of glasses made by Zeiss from Go-Optic, and have experienced problems with the lab making them very thick and in the wrong material. However, Go-Optic did a very good job of working with me on the issues, going above and beyond in terms of offering solutions, so I'd give their customer service top marks. Unfortunately I'd have to give their Zeiss lab 2/5 - and the 2 is only because they CAN get them right, and the glasses are very good when they do. To be fair, my prescription is quite strong and complex.

There is a excellent variety of frames shapes, lenses and brands available to choose from. The prices are also the lowest I could find online.

They do not make it clear about processing and shipping times. You have to hunt for it and once you find it, it says 1 to 5 business days when in fact it is more like 10-14 business days. When you want to cancel the order, they want to charge a 10% fee to do so. If they have the product then they should be able to cancel the order without a fee. If they don't have the product then you should be able to cancel within 24 hours of purchase especially since it will take 2 weeks to receive it. They want to claim "the order is already processed so there is a restocking fee" and "It takes a long time to process the order so that is why there is a delay in shipping" at the same time when in fact these are opposite statements of each other.

Always like using this website. Easy to navigate. Prices and options are clear. The choice of glasses is immense too.
