We are happy to have you with us! Our guides and documentation consist of video walk throughs and step by step tutorials. While they are not perfect, we constantly try to update them to make it easier and easier for our customers to get the bot installed and working correctly. We are glad to hear you found them easy and appreciate the feedback. We will continue to try and improve as we go. Happy Botting!

That's awesome! We love long time customers. In fact, we have customers who have been with us over 5 years already! Our loyal players are the backbone of the community and help us consistently improve the software. Without you all, none of this would be possible. We appreciate you! Looking forward to working with you more. Happy Botting.

I've done business with these guys for several months now. Still amazing service and more patience with id10t errors than I have seen from any software company.

And we've loved having you with us! Running a bot that relys on may factors, (like memu and the game themselves) can be super tricky - but we do our best to ensure every question, issue or error is addressed in live chat personally by the developers themselves. It can be frustrating for all parties when something doesn't work correctly - but over our 5 years in business we have gotten pretty good at finding and fixing problems quickly ;) Thanks and Happy Botting!

Amazing product and always willing to help. I have now doubled my intake of resources and I am able to keep up with spenders and able to compete more
Response from GnBotsApr 28, 2020
Awesome! That's the goal :) It's not fair the Chinese players have advantages in the game, like cheaper packs and better support. We built this bot around the idea that you should be able to earn the same amount of resources in order to compete with these spenders. We are proud of the fact that we have saved our customers millions of dollars worth of resource packs. and we will continue to improve for even better results! Thanks again and we appreciate your support. Happy Botting!

GNBots has changed the way I look at mobile gaming. Previously I'd just dabble and have a bit of fun but never really getting into it properly because I didn't have the money to spend to become noticeable in game. Things started to improve when I started to make some farms but they were so much work and needed so much attention it was cutting into my personal time. However, the boost from the farms was so good I just couldn't let them go. Enter GNBots. I discovered them accidentally, and thought I'd give the trial a go. It DOES take a little bit of computer literacy and you have to ensure you have set it up correctly. I made a couple of small errors but the team helped me out on their support chat. After a few days testing the trial I bought the license and haven't looked back. I was blown away by all the different options and games I could choose from. And it's such a time saver now I only have to worry about my main while the farms are churning out more rss than I can use. Stop spending money on rss, just make some farms!

Yes! You've said it perfectly. Stop spending money on resources, just make some farms. The price per month of the bot is far less than the tens of thousands of dollars worth of in game packs you will earn - Game resources and packs are expensive. We save you time and money! We will always be happy to help in live chat. If you need anything at all, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks again my friend and as always, Happy Botting!
