I used this bot for STFC and the bot isn't designed for this game... the devs think you will pay for something that almost works in the hope they will fix it. When you point out it doesnt work they block you then the bot actually becomes a trojan and takes over your computer... then they block you from trying to get a refund. DO NOT PAY THEM.

With 6+ years in business and millions of users - we can assure you, the bot is safe with no "trojan" included. Our STFC bot works well when set up correctly and is why its the #1 Star Trek Bot on the market. If you need some help getting it set up - we will be happy to assist.
Update: Thanks for creating a ticket! It looks like we got everything up and running for you. If there is anything further we can do, please don't hesitate to contact us in live chat. Happy botting my friend. We appreciate you!

Scam artists and rude af
This is a scam, they will take your money and dash. Their links all lead to charging you money or malicious injections. Their "apk" download is a Trojan virus. The program itself doesn't work as described. Their support will threaten you with bans and condescend. All while bragging they are in game mods. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Better off writing your own image recognition bot.
Addendum: Review was approved by Trustpilot after providing evidence that all claims are true. Try again. Wait until Domains by Proxy gets the subpoena ;)
Addendum 2.0: you withdrew the refund along with canceling the license, which btw is theft. Trustpilot requested evidence to said claims to unflag this post, to which I provided. Your threat of ban was if I escalated the issue further. My bank has filed fraud and closed my card so you can't access my funds anymore (after the rescinding said refund). Next will be criminal charges for said theft. I obviously know enough to figure out your domain host and handle things responsibly and legally. On that note, see you soon and thanks for showing your true colors to all ;)
Addendum 3.0: Refund got posted overnight.

As you know, you were refunded in full after creating a ticket that "you thought purchasing a 1 Year License Key was actually a Free Trial". After some discussion, we granted your request as you did not understand the subscription process nor how to work the bot.
Based on your statements in this review, clearly the website and our software is a bit advanced for you and therefor, refunding you in full was the correct decision.
I have attempted to address your claims below - hopefully it will provide some clarity.
1. We do not "take your money and dash". GnBots has been in business for over 5 years with over 1 million customers. While we may be new to you, we are considered the top ranking and most well known Mobile Game Bot provider on the market. We are still here with tens of thousands of users successfully running the bot at this very moment. You may join us in live chat and speak with other users who will happily give you their input on its performance.
2. Our "links all lead to malicious injections" is simply false. There are no malicious links on the website and if there were - we would obviously not be rated so highly. We would invite any user to scan the website themselves in its entirely for any malicious links. There are none.
3. "Their "apk" download is a Trojan virus" - Our software is not an APK, nor is it a Virus. Once again, we would welcome all members to take their own precautions and if you have any questions, please join us in live chat. We will be happy to prove that its safe, and has been for the last 5 years.
4. The "program doesn't work as described" may be true in your case as you were not able to even figure out how to use the free trial, let alone operate the software. Again, we refunded you in full because of this.
5. "Their support will threaten you with bans and condescend bragging they are in game mods" - Advising you to follow the Botting Safely Guide in order to avoid a ban is far from a threat. All users are told to follow these guides in order to bot safely.
6. "Better off writing your own image recognition bot." - We would invite any user with the skills to write their own image recognition bot to do so. We do our best to provide the best mobile game bot on the market for those who cannot.
7. "Review was approved by Trustpilot after providing evidence that all claims are true" - Reviews are not fact checked on TrustPilot, nor is evidence required to write a review - This is a simple platform for you to comment on your experience. You have done so and we apologize your experience was a negative one. Unfortunately, we have already tried to help you get it working, and refunded you in full when you could not. There is nothing more we can do except literally do it for you.
If you have any other questions, please join us in live chat. We will be happy to help as always.
Thanks again and we wish you good luck in the future my friend.

There is just as much tech in the website and checkout process as the bot itself. Kudos to the developers on all fronts.

Another wonderful experience
Another wonderful experience with the goodnite bot!! Used these guys to get some much needed farms, they did it fast and sent the gmails with the accounts. Will once again be using them in the future especially if they start offering higher level accounts.

Made it work eventually
Later edit:
I managed to get it working...support responded back with some clarifications although I had to do multiple installs and removals I got it to work. Now it works good.
VERY POOR SUPPORT!
Wanted to try the trial version which gives you 2 hours free daily I spent 2 hours just to try and put all the farms on it because the GNbotsDownlloader won't downloand the game I am playing, I checked and recheck all the settings required before downloading the game and still nothing.
When I went and contacted the support... well no answer, in the meanwhile the 2 hours passed and now they force me to buy a subscription even if it doesnt work...

Hey there,
Sorry to hear you are having issues with the free trial. I have looked into your support ticket and it shows that we have replied to your ticket 3x within the last 24 hours. You recently uploaded your error log and we are looking into the problem. The next reply will include the solution and a 12 hour free trial key to help you apply the fix.
Please do not buy a license key until you have verified that the free trial is working correctly and you are satisfied with the results. We will update your support ticket soon. Thanks!
