This bot not only has given me my time back to enjoy life but it has reduced my spending dramatically. This bot works so well that I no longer have to worry about day to day tasks in game. The bot has improved my resource amounts on hand from the point of me buying from in game store to me giving the resources away to those around me in game. I was skeptical at first however it is clear that this works to take you from paying to play all the way to getting paid to play! i spent 23 days trying to get this system to work. i had no luck no matter what i tried. maybe if i would have spent the extra 150 dollars for them to setup my farms to the bot. maybe i would have gotten somewhere. but i have used the old bot for a long time with no problems. but the new bot i followed the guides they made and the bot crashed and the app would be gone off the instant. so i spent over 6 hours a day for 23 days trying to get this thing to work and could not get it to work no matter what i have done. i am sure the bot works great if you have them set it up. but ill never use this service again. but i am glad i spent the money to see what this new bot could do for me. and for me it was a waste of money and time. because i still had to do everything myself on 60 accounts. so if you can get this to work by yourself great work. if not make sure you spend the money to have them setup the accounts. or you will just be wasting money and not enjoying your game. and sadly this is my exp with this bot and company. i did not contact support because i have had problems with them. i have had money taken from me after i canceled my sub before the money was due to be taken out and asked them why with no reply. and have also asked for helped and got told to follow the guides. so since i knew this going in i did not waste supports time. since they always tell you to follow the guide. i hope everyone has a great day. take care and safe gaming.

With 8 years in business, 25+ games supported, and over 1 million users, I am convinced that I can get it working for you as well if you allow me. As you said, if it's not set up correctly, it won't work well at all. I see in your account you have been with us over 2 years with 16 orders and 4 support tickets that were all replied to. I see that you cancelled your subscription in February and then purchased a new Bot Server on May 6th. I assume that this new server is what you are having issues getting set back up? If so, I will be more than willing to log into your server and check out what you have set up incorrectly + add necessary time back onto your subscription. We're always happy to assist a long time customer and just want to see you get it working correctly! Scam - bought a 1 year bot license without realising I had been signed up for a recurring subscription which there recent messages have informed me is their 'default' setting, apparently for users convenience. Only used for 6 months as half the features didn't work properly anyway, plus as a doctor working through the pandemic I have not exactly had a lot of free time so not been doing any gaming for a long time. 3 years later I suddenly notice a charge on my bank account (turned out they had sent an email to me at the same time but the email address I signed up with hadn't been forwarding properly so I wasn't aware), emailed seller within a week of the charge asking for cancellation and refund as I had not used their buggy software for well over 2 years and they refused. At this point I had been charged $960 (4x$240) for a service I had hardly used and yet they're refusing to refund even the latest payment which is in violation of UK consumer law (right to cancel within 14 days) and shows that they have no qualms about ripping off their customers.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your subscription, you can click "CANCEL" on the My Account page, or remove your payment method from the payments page, or cancel your PayPal billing agreement through the PayPal website, or submit the cancellation form, or simply email us to cancel it for you. You can cancel using any of these methods at any time. By purchasing from GnBots, you are confirming: 1. You will automatically be billed on a recurring basis 2. You may cancel your subscription at any time 3. We cannot grant a refund once the renewal has processed 4. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription 5. You agreed to these terms on checkout. As you said, you were emailed about the upcoming charge and told you would need to cancel your subscription before it renewed as a refund would not be granted. As per our clear policies in which you agreed and your confirmation that you knew and understood this was a subscription - a refund was not granted and we stand by this decision. bot is good but server bot so bad I subscribed in 03/04/2022 and until today not used server i cant run one menu and cant sign in accounts Worst experience I've had in my life
