I have contacted GN several times to help resolve issues. Every time they have had a solution. This time was a simple issue involving activation...but one time a few weeks ago there was a bug and the rep I spoke with was able to contact devs and resolve while we were chatting. If you're concerned about service after purchase, don't be. They stand behind the product and always seem happy to help. Thanks again Nero
