The Glossier ‘You’ perfume, has seemed to have less scent and lasted far less than the previous bottle i had owned. The perfume packaging and bottle has always been simplistic and elegant however the formula has seemed to have changed recently. Very sad 😔

I placed an order on the 1st of February for the Glossier 'You' perfume. I live in Germany and unfortunately I couldn't find it here so my only option was the online shop. I was certain it would take ages to get here, but I figured why not. To my surprise I received an email on the same day that my order was shipped! As it was a perfume and here they are very strickt about liquids etc. I got an email from my courier DHL on the 4th of February (3 days later) that my parcel has landed in Germany and that I should pay import sales tax and duties. Those were included with my order on the Glossier webside so I emailed their customer service immediately. It was a Sunday and to my surprise (again!) I got a response instantly. The amount got credited back to me Monday morning. This is one of the best online experiences I had with customer service ever. I received my parcel on the 5th of February. Absolutely amazing time for delivery and exquicite customer service! Not to mention that the perfume is divine. For reference, I spoke with Vasilica- Thank you so much!

Love it! Bestilte den 3 januar og den ankom 10 januar. (var sat til ankomst 9 januar men jeg kunne ændre det via DHL til dagen efter da jeg ikke var hjemme). Varen var godt pakket ind og fik et klistermærke med men ikke min pink pouch så kontaktede dem, og fik en 5$ discount til min næste ordre. Alt i alt super service og produkter.

Love the perfume. Was delivered quickly. Had an issue with duties which they dealt with quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the experience.

Have placed an order 2 weeks ago and still do not have a clear status about it. I have contacted the company that will deliver in my country and they said they have not received the order yet. This is so frustrating not knowing when the package will arrive or even if it will. The maximum delivery time should be 7 business day as posted in their website and it is already 14...

Big fan of their makeup - whenever I've ordered it's been delivered on time so no complaints from me
