I didn’t receive my sample or my stickers as it said i would’ve in my order. False advertisement.

Love it! I ordered 4 day delivery and it came the next day! I love all of the products i have purchased (especially for a natural look) and the purchases come in pink bubble wrap reusable pouches with stickers and free samples! Such a cute brand. Also i ordered boy brow and brow flick in brown although i have darkish blonde hair and it looks fine :)

I have ordered a lot from Glossier and I simply love it. By mistake, I wrote my wrong address, so I wrote quickly to customer service. Unfortunately, the package was already sent, so they sent a backup free off charge! Already there I was mindblown over the good service. I received the package addressed to the wrong addressed, so I wrote back to the team and asked if I should return the backup, but their answer was no, and I could keep it! Wauv totally good service, really. I have never experienced anything like this before. Thumps up from Denmark!

Glossier has got some of my go to products and I love their packaging. I cannot live without their Milky Cleanser, boy brow, haloscope, lash slick and their Glossier You Fragrance.

Pros: - vegan and cruelty free products. - their products are very natural looking, it’s more about looking like you’re not wearing any makeup, which is great. - Great mascara and Generation G lipstick. Cons: - Quite expensive considering not the highest quality or expensive ingredients. - No loyalty scheme, despite if you spend loads of money on their products, they will never even send you a discount code. - Delivery is not free unless you spend £30 or more. - Some of their products are terrible, for example highlighter and setting powder. I’d say you get soooo much better products for less money from sites like Beautypie.

I have ordered several items from the glossier Page and majority of them were a hit and only few were a miss for me . I have to say that glossier has one of the best customer service team in the cosmetic branch. They are open for suggestion and always reply back to your emails within a short period of time . They are still friendly and helpful even if you are not happy with your purchase and offer alternatives :)

They ship their products super quickly!!! I’m lucky I live near their warehouse so my products come within 2 or 3days Downside is that I’m tempted to order tons of products 😭😂 Don’t hesitate to use their online shop or reach out to their customer service at all! They’re super helpful and get back ASAP!! (Within the dame day!)
