i have stood by their products since my first order. yes sure, the prices my be a little much for a lip balm but when i tell you it’s worth it it’s WORTH IT. the products are very high quality and long lasting, and the customer service is outstanding. incredibly nice people, and great company overall. if you are considering trying them out, i completely recommend their balm dot coms or their lash slick mascara. (my fav products) will never stop ordering from them!

I made a purchase from this company and to be honest I wasn't thrilled with that particular item. But I sucked it up because sometimes we purchase things and don't like them. Later down the road I received an e-mail from the company about my purchase and I replied and expressed my dismay about the product and simply mentioned it wasn't the greatest thinking it would end there. The next day or day after that I received an e-mail that told me I would receive a refund on my credit card. I was pretty floored. I had never asked for a refund. I've always heard very good things about this company and their products. Perhaps I just chose the product that wouldn't work for me but I will definitely be purchasing other products from this company! The level of customer service was astonishing and you don't find that anymore nowadays. Thank you Annabelle and Ariela for an amazing experience!! This is definitely a company that will keep my business for a very long time!

The best mascara ever, I don't think I can buy one from anywhere else from now on. I struggled finding a good mascara in the past because I can't stand the clumpy look. This is the first mascara I've tried that didn't have any clumps! Goes on smoothly and looks natural. I also have a lidstar, which is pretty good too. It's easy to blend to your desired amount of sparkle and looks much better than typical powder eye shadow. One weird thing is that it sometimes makes my eyelids burn a little, only sometimes though. It doesn't leave any lasting irritation so I still wear it, although some people get a bad reaction so be wary if you have sensitive skin. The products are most likely worth less than they're priced at, but the glossier packaging is super cute and they have some unique products so I think in the grand scheme of things its worth it.

Ok mixed review here. The products are quite expensive for one thing. I really really liked the ‘boy brow’, I will probably use it everyday. I was disappointed in the generation lipstick, the advertisements make the colour look a little more natural than it actually does, it also has a bad taste -I would describe it as waxy. Delivery was on time though. Thanks glossier.

I ordered some Rosewater Face Spray and the Glossier You perfume, along with some super cute hair clips which came free with a code used at the checkout. The delivery was very fast, the value for money exceptional and the products are gorgeous! The rosewater is full of beautiful natural ingredients such as aloe, honeysuckle and apple. A couple of spritz’s refreshes my face at the end of a long day and leaves my skin feeling super soft. The perfume is absolutely gorgeous- sweet, musky, earthy, delicate and deep all in one. The best thing about it is it smells different on everyone! Every girl needs a bottle of this in her handbag. I’d also like to add how excellent the customer service was- I had a query which was addressed immediately and the staff were very friendly! I shall definitely be purchasing items from here again in the future!

Basically, i ordered 2 cloud paints by accident. I emailed them, but by the time they got back to me, the order had been shipped out already. They refunded me right away and said they'd cancel the order. a couple days later, it arrived anyway, and i sent them a message to ask what was going on and how to return it. they said i could just keep it for free! excellent customer service, and the products themselves are great.

It would be one of my favorite brands if I could order it anywhere in Europe.
