Un poil cher mais de bons produits J'ai testé l'enlumineur en stick et les blush crème ainsi que le boy brow. Les prix sont un poils élevés pour le résultat même si je dois reconnaître que les blush sont excellents. Une petite touche suffit pour un résultat intense donc je pense que le tube va me durer un certain temps. Packaging très sympa.

Super ! Le service proposé est excellent, livraison rapide même en période de crise sanitaire. Les produits sont d'excellente qualité et la direction créative de la marque est très intéressante, évidemment ça dépend des goûts de chacun, mais je trouve que le risque a été parfaitement maîtrisé de proposer un glam très naturel au contraire des marques du moment type Huda Beauty/Morphe/JSC (ce qui n'enlève rien de leur intérêt, ce sont des marques très bien aussi !). Enfin ravie, je suis en train de refaire une commande !

Lots of people have already commented on the excellent customer service. But I had to add to that. It is AMAZING customer service. I had an issue with a product, e-mailed them and less than 4 minutes later I received a very helpful response and refund. I really respect companies who make that effort, as it encourages me to try more of their products.

Love the products every time but the packaging that comes with the perfume is excessive and non recyclable which always disappoints me :( but again the actual products are amazing

They have fantastic customer service and their products rarely disappoint. In fact, when their products do disappoint, their team goes above and beyond to fix the situation for you.

I love glossier products and their customer service makes me love the brand even more. Super friendly and quick delivery, I was constantly being updated with emails of where my parcel was. One item I ordered (a concealer) was the wrong shade for me, and I emailed customer service to send it back for a refund. Tammie was so helpful and friendly and replied to each of my emails in less than an hour. She sorted out my refund within an afternoon of contacting customer service and told me not to worry about sending the product back because of covid! Honestly such a lovely experience with customer service (considering with most brands it’s usually a headache) and I was very impressed. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Favorite store of my daughter and surprisingly mine (LA). I appreciate that everything is always in stock and the employees are extremely helpful. The brand is cruelty-free and affordable. Thanks for the Antelope Canyon tour right in the store
