The most awful support

Tutorial losing money fast : 1. Buy glorious product, done !
They keep a version of the software that makes your keyboard litteraly unusable (keys does not work i am clicking on the visual keyboard right now) It looks like the problem was known on reddit... For more than 3 years

Great Support
I bought the GMMK Pro and also accessories and I am very happy with the Products they’re a bit pricey and maybe not the best option overall but I like the Build quality and the customization. The Support is one of the best at least for Germany. I accidentally wrote the wrong address and they stayed in touch the whole time, it didn’t took long for them to write back and it was very personal. Also got it shipped to right address free of charge.

DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH THIS BRAND
Model D wireless. Worst mouse ever, customer support is also terrible. 2 hours of playtime and the battery gets low. Plugging it in makes the mouse stop working. Software doesn't provide anywhere near as much functionality as other softwares, and half the time doesn't even recognize the mouse is connected

good company!
I bought a model O 2 Wireless on amazon and the wireless dongle was broken when it came 4 months later I requested another one and they sent it! sadly dhl messed up but glorious send another one even after that!

I will not recommend glorious company to anyone. So, keyboard bought from them wich one cost 109$ stop working 2 weeks after what is warranty finish, they didn’t offer some repair solution, they offer voucher to buy again 💩 product What clowns

Worst support ever!
Worst support ever! Was promised a new mouse, but never got anything, no replies when I emailed them. Waited 3 months with silence. Only when I messaged them on Reddit, I got a reply. Then I was swiftly banned from the reddit with 0 explanation. Disgusting company all of them are crooks
