GloriousgamingReviews of gloriousgaming.com

I got the glorious model o wireless, and it's an amazing mouse I play Minecraft crystal pvp with it and can stack my crystals, air place, and more. I would highly recommend the mouse, but the one thing that was bad was the software. It took me forever to figure out how to update it, and when I finally did, I had to ask glorious for help. But overall, a great mouse. Buit they should probably gives those files out on their website for people to use if it won't let them update their mouse.

It was worth the wait and the wait was shorter than expected! Very good communication about everything with my product. The replacement process was about a month faster than they said it would be and they communicated everything about it.

They still gave me a $10 credit even after my warrant expired

They get back to you fast and they are easy to talk to

Glorious Des Customer Service Agent has been grate at with helping me setup a account and get a replacement cable appreciate everything Evan.c

Customer service was 5/5. Only missing one star because the key caps i wanted the most wasn't available for my language but there was a good second option so i hope i will be satisfied with them.

Had to contact support for some issues and they got back to me first thing during their working hours. If I had other questions, they were prompt in responding to sort everything out. They helped fix the first issue and came up with a solution for the others that popped up along the way. They were very friendly and when I needed a new part, they put in the order and are shipping it to me.

Got the mouse, it started double clicking like crazy, somebody in support told me to change a setting, it got fixed. It lowkey sold one of my divisional cups but it’s wtv the mouse is good
